Presentation

Managing a cultural and intercultural project successfully requires skills in the legal as well as human resources and management fields. We will cover the following themes: the search for funding and building a budget (public and private funds), "cultural" business, culture versus SSE, labor (from staff representative bodies and collective agreements to employment contracts....), etc.

The class alternates theory and practice: group work and theoretical input. Students prepare and conduct interviews with 5 to 6 foreign professionals on the management of cultural and intercultural projects (Middle East, China, European network or project manager, Anglo-Saxon countries, Africa...).
