Civil liberties and fundamental rights

Presentation

The purpose of this class is to study the question of the protection of civil liberties and fundamental rights, as provided for both internally (particularly in France) and internationally (particularly under the European Convention on Human Rights). The different aspects of the class (concepts, sources, types of protection, the content of rights and liberties) will be addressed through presentations made by the students.
